We had $50k worth of product that was getting ready to expire, so we were faced with a choice– either pay to dispose of it or donate it to local animal shelters.
The choice was simple. However, instead of just donating it, we turned the donations into data. We received data points on 409 cats from 44 facilities in the areas of feline inappetence, dehydration, surgery recovery, medication delivery, distraction and socialization.
From there, we were able to create more technical marketing collateral that better resonated with the veterinarian audience. We used the case study to create digital and print campaigns that grew sales volume through the veterinary clinics.
Because of the Churu Vet Case Study, we grew sales 101% in 2022 and are on track to grow 98+% in 2023.
